eHR is based on the SkillSense XADF parameter-driven form technology, and this makes it easy to add new screens to track custom information without having to hire a programmer or reconfigure.

The XADF PowerTools client can be used to quickly design and preview new user screens, and then, after pre-testing and verification, deploy with one or two clicks to the production environment, with no new coding required.

eHR exchanges data and screen design information using a highly consistent XML format helping easy development of custom clients, e.g. for kiosk, mobile or unusual one-off applications.
